Next week we’ll be hosting the first virtual Advance Collective!
At 11am on Tuesday 13th October customers from across the country can come together to have fun and give feedback. Led by customers, the Collective speaks to customers to hear their views about our services and other issues.
Taking place during National Democracy Week, we will be chatting about advocacy and sharing top tips for getting your voice heard. The session will be led by Adam (a customer, trained advocate and Co-Chair of the Collective) and moderated by staff to make sure that this is a safe online space – a perfect place to practice your digital skills!
