Highest ratings from Regulator
We’re pleased to share that Advance has retained its G1 (governance) and V1 (financial viability) ratings from the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH).
Every registered housing provider is measured against these standards and is provided with external regulation ratings for governance and financial viability.
The G1/V1 ratings are the highest possible of the four classifications and demonstrate how Advance has been performing.

Advance celebrated its 50th anniversary this year, encouraging customers and colleagues to get involved in celebrating the milestone achievement through social events and initiatives.
