We're very happy and proud to support National Apprenticeship Week this year.
Advance's HR Team began working with apprentices a few years ago. Some of our apprentices have gone on to join the permanent staff.
Megan, currently an Apprentice HR Advisor in Witney said, 'I'm really enjoying it here, it's good to be in a working environment and learning whilst doing the work. I feel I've settled in really well'.
Advance's apprentices are recruited through Lifetime Training. Lifetime provide support to apprentices throughout the placements and guide them through a series of learning assignments during their placements.
Hackney office Apprentice Administrator, Ricardo said 'I feel I've settled in well and am really enjoying my placement. It's great to be part of the team and to meet the customers who visit the office.
