Contractor information

We are aware that one of our repairs and maintenance contractors, J Tomlinson, has gone into administration as of 10 July 2023. 

In the short term, we will be working with PJ Lilley who will help us to deliver emergency and urgent repairs in the Midlands where customers might be affected. Please continue to request repairs in the usual ways.  

We are working with Tomlinsons and other partners to make sure we have a longer-term solution and to minimise the impact on our customers. We will update this message as soon as we have further information.
