Customer Report 2020/21 published

We are pleased to share the Customer Report 2020-21. This year’s Report shows the impact we have on the lives of our customers, and the outstanding work done by staff in a year of difficult circumstances. 

The design and content of the Report are driven by customer feedback about what they want to see, and we are grateful for their input. This year, in response to the new NHF Code of Governance and housing white paper we have increased our focus on sharing data so that customers can scrutinise our performance and challenge us if they feel we fall short.
