Last year, the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion group was established to develop a more inclusive culture across Advance, value diversity and ensure people from under-represented groups have opportunities to progress in their careers. Group members consider what steps can be followed to improve representation and how EDI principles can continue to be embedded in Advance’s policies, ultimately helping to create a happier workspace where each individual feels comfortable and treated equally to their peers.   

At Advance, we are proud to have such a diverse workforce who deliver exceptional care to our customers.
