Advance now a Mindful Employer

Advance gets Mindful Employer status

Advance are pleased to announce that we are now a Mindful Employer, in accordance with the initiative as run by Workways, part of Devon Partnership NHS Trust. The scheme is government recommended, and means that Advance have access to resources, information and support to help staff who experience stress, anxiety, depression or other mental health conditions.

In a time where people are beginning to open up about mental health, we are proud to be involved in this important conversation, and we remain steadfast in our objectives to be an equal opportunities employer as well as considerate and caring towards our existing staff. The initiative will complement the schemes we take part in such as Mental Health Awareness Week and Learning Disability Week, and will hopefully remind our staff and customers that we are equipped to support them through challenging times.
