MyAdvance is our Customer Portal. It makes it easy for customers to see rent statements, make a payment or report a repair. It's reliable user-friendly and can be accessed 24/7. Customers can log in on a laptop, smartphone, tablet or PC.
We had a fantastic response to demonstrations of the portal at our Customer Conference in Winchester, with many customers signing up on the spot. We're going to be introducing new services over the coming months too, so watch this space. It's easy to register or log in here.
