MindOut at the Customer Collective

Today the Customer Collective were thrilled to welcome Alice from MindOut, to help us celebrate LGBTQ+ History Month!

The Customer Collective is a space for all customers, so as well as learning about LGBTQ+ identities and mental health, we talked about things we can all do to make our spaces inclusive, so that everybody can feel able to be their whole selves. We will be using some of those ideas, including inviting people to share their names and personal pronouns, to make sure everyone feels welcome at our meetings.

Customers told us that the session was fun, interesting and that they learned a lot. The group want to keep celebrating and learning about diversity, so watch this space for more opportunities!
