National Co-Production Week

Our Customer Engagement Manager Rachel, Service Manager, David and Jim, a housing customer and member of the Operations Board, went along to the Oxfordshire County Council Co-production Festival to mark National Co-production Week. The day was a celebration of co-production and an opportunity to learn and share local experiences of co-production, as well as take part in fun activities and entertainment. 

Jim said: “It's good because a lot of it is like what we're doing at Advance, and it's really relevant for the Operations Board. My favourite bit was the workshop by Oxfordshire Council because it was interactive."

Rachel added: “Customers are at the heart of all we do at Advance, and we work hard to make sure they are involved in their services at all levels. The festival was a great opportunity to celebrate co-production and share good practice.”
