Christmas Card Winner!

Every year we send a Christmas Card to every customer, sending them our wishes for a happy festive season and a happy new year. For some customers this will be the only card they receive, so it's important to us that it's meaningful. As well as a personal message from Julie Layton (Chief Executive) the cards feature an original design by the winner of the annual Advance Customer Christmas Card Competition!

This year's fabulous artwork was designed by Kirstie, who said ""It has been a very good week! Yesterday I went ice skating for the first time and now my card won!

I am sending you a picture of me because it explains why I chose to draw reindeers pulling a wheelchair on the card. This was me yesterday. It always makes me sad when wheelchairs are not included or shown in books or adverts so I wanted to make sure my card was all about wheelchairs."

 

As a prize Kirstie received a Christmas decoration (she chose a snowglobe!) featuring her design.

 

It's always hard to choose as winner, so we'd also like to share some of the beautiful runner-up designs for you to enjoy.
