We want to know what you think

We’re carrying out our annual survey of Housing customers to understand what you think is working well and what we need to get better at in delivering our housing services. We’ve already heard from lots of customers, but need more responses to meet our target.

Acuity – the company that is doing the survey for us – will be sending out e-mails and text messages with a link to the survey. Please look out for it and, if you haven’t already, click on the link and use the survey to share your views.

The survey is anonymous so you can be as honest as you like!  Good or bad, we welcome your feedback. It helps us to understand how we’re doing and where we need to improve things.

Don’t forget, you can ask a friend, support worker, of family member to help you complete the survey.
