Twenty one customers attended the National Forum meeting at the Arcola Theatre in Hackney at the end of June. Helen, Chair and Tom, Vice-Chair, did a great job of running the meeting which was lively and full of helpful feedback.
The idea of these meetings is to get comments and suggestions from customers about how we are doing and where we can improve the services we provide. The meeting in Hackney was the first of four as we try out a new format. The next meetings will be held in Cornwall, Oxfordshire then Leicestershire.
