New contractors
We are changing the contractor who delivers your Gas/Oil/Heating Maintenance and Servicing
Earlier this year, some of you told us that you are not happy with the service you are getting from ‘Liberty Gas’; our gas, oil and heating maintenance and servicing contractor.
After listening to this feedback, we carried out a review and decided to end our contract with Liberty Gas and to find new contractors to deliver this service.
We are pleased to tell you that from today (1st September 2022), your new contractor will be:
- Renuvo for customers in the Midlands
- Robert Heath for Customers living anywhere else in the country
From today, your NEW contractor will be carrying out your day-to-day repairs and the annual Gas/Oil/Heating Servicing.
There are no changes to how you report any repairs to your heating system: please continue to call our Customer Services team on 0333 012 4307.
There will also be no changes to how you are notified of your next gas service: Your contractor will write to you to book this in when the service is due.
