New Board member appointed
Rob Tovey has been appointed to the Board effective this month. Rob is a social care professional with 38 years’ experience across the statutory, public, voluntary and private sectors. Most recently, he was Head of Quality at Home Instead Senior Care - the largest home care provider in the world and the highest-ranked provider in the UK. Immediately prior to that he was Head of Inspection, Adult Social Care for the Care Quality Commission.
Speaking about his appointment Rob said: “My career has all been about providing high quality care for people who need a little extra help or support to get the best out of their lives. I am pleased to join Advance as their ambition, values and approach to care mirror my own."
