Equality and Diversity in recruitment

As an employer with 'Disability Confident Leader' status, our HR Team have been busy looking at how they can put our policies into practice. While thinking about Equality & Diversity they discussed accessibility with partners at Jobtrain who have added a new toolbar to the site to offer more options to applicants.

In the right hand corner you will see the Accessibility Tools menu which allows users to change colour, font, language of the job adverts. The tools offer a screen reader with options for different genders an options to increase font size.

We hope this will provide support to people who may not have English as a first language and people with different disabilities when they apply for jobs with us.
