CQC State of Care Report

We know that the lockdown was hard on our sector and the inequalities our customers face have been magnified. We have already seen some reports talking about the impact on staff and customers. The CQC State of Care report was published last Friday. In it the CQC highlight the amazing resilience, commitment and adaptability of those working in health and social care. It highlights the challenges social care faced in accessing PPE, testing and staff, when compared to the NHS. Advance are fully supporting the CQC's call for reform and investment in adult social care so we can continue to transform lives and offer rewarding fulfilling careers.
