It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme for this year is ‘community’. As always, we're proud to show our support. Did you know that being involved in your community increases connection, reduces isolation and loneliness and promotes a sense of belonging.
There are often lots of local community groups that you can get involved in – whether you like sports, arts and crafts, gardening or something completely different!
