Oxfordshire CQC Report
We’re thrilled to have received a ‘Good’ rating in the Care Quality Commission’s recent inspection of our Oxordshire services.
The report described how “People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives” and went on to highlight how “The ethos, values, attitudes and behaviours of leaders and staff ensured people using the service led confident, inclusive and empowered lives.”
Chief Executive Julie Layton said: “Congratulations to our colleagues in Oxfordshire. This is our first full CQC inspection since the pandemic, and it’s great to see the consistent ‘Good’s’ across the report.
Despite the incredibly challenging environment we’ve been working in over the past two years, colleagues across the organisation have continued to go above and beyond to deliver a great service to our customers. This has been recognised in the feedback from customers and is reflected in our CQC results.
It is all of you that make this possible and it’s something you can be very proud of.”
