Recruiting Support Staff

It is still business as usual at Advance, with some necessary restrictions. We are following government guidelines and working hard to keep customers and staff healthy and active during this time. There have been some brilliant examples of staff going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our services run as usual and of customers getting creative and innovative while staying at home.

We are also actively recruiting support staff across more than 20 counties in England. There are a range of roles available with flexible hours to fit around varied schedules. We’d love to hear from you or someone you know if you are passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable people with learning disabilities or mental health conditions in your local area.

No previous experience working in care or support is required. What matters to us is the right attitude, ability and determination to support people with mental health conditions and learning disabilities, and a willingness to demonstrate the values of Advance.
