Changes to contractors
South West Region
We are pleased to announce that we have appointed Westcountry Maintenance Services (WMS) as our new repairs contractor for the South West region. WMS replaces our previous providers, MD, and from 1st April will carry out all of our repairs and maintenance work in this area.
We have been working with WMS for a couple of years now carrying out larger project works, and we know that they are a company who share our values of striving to meet customers’ needs by providing an efficient and compassionate repairs service.
On winning the contract, WMS Operations Manager, Greg Norman, said:
“We look forward to working with Advance, and seeing the positive impact we can have on people’s lives”.
South East
Our main repairs contractor for London and the South East – PARCS - has changed their name. From 1st April 2024 they will be known as EZ Property Maintenance Ltd.
They are still the same company and employ the same staff, so there will be no change for customers other than seeing the new name and logo on ID badges and vans.
