Housing customers now have the power to view and manage parts of their tenancy online through MyAdvance, our new Housing customer portal.
Designed with customers, for customers, MyAdvance has been made in response to their feedback and gives customers an additional way to:
- Get in touch with us?
- Check their tenancy details, including rent statements
- Make payments to Advance
- Tell us about repairs or maintenance their home needs
- Keep their contact details up to date
Philip Jackson (Head of ICT and Business Systems) came along to the Advance Collective in Cheltenham to showcase the portal to customers and hear what they thought. Customer Adam signed up straight away, saying “I’m sure it’ll be very helpful, it looked great when it was demonstrated!”
