Customer Services reduced capacity

Between 3rd and 5th March, our Customer Services Team will be delivering reduced services because they will not have access to our Housing System.

We will still be open and taking calls and e-mails from customers.

We will prioritise logging and chasing emergency repairs,and will also help with other enquiries where we can. We won't be able to provide information about rents, provide complaints updates or provide updates on previous communications during these three days.
