This week the Advance Collective visited customers in Worcestershire to hear their thoughts on the services of they received from Advance. Adam and Tom (Co-Chairs of the Collective) visited 3 services, and held an event especially for Shared Owners to talk about their experiences of our award winning HOLD scheme.
We heard some really positive feedback, as well as about areas for improvement. We were thrilled to hear about the difference our new Housing Outreach Workers are making, with customers telling us that their help and support made them feel safer in their homes.
We asked people how they felt about getting in touch with Advance, either if something had gone wrong or find information. We were pleased to hear that people are comfortable talking to us and felt listened to by our Customer Services team, and we shared information about the different ways people can get in touch with us including:

- Messaging us through the online portal MyAdvance
- Emailing us on Customer.Services@advanceuk.org
