This week, customers came together at Plymouth's National Aquarium for a customer conference like no other.....
Workshops and talks had some fishy onlookers, while the National Customer Forum sessions took place in the Shark Tunnel!
A great day was had by all of the 100+ attendees, with highlights including crafts, the launch of the Customer Report and workshops from Advance services, the County Council, National Forum and more.
We rounded off the day with a 'Tank Talk' from aquarium staff and a chance to explore to our hearts' content.
