20 years of HOLD - report

We are pleased to share with you our report on `20 years of HOLD (home ownership for people with long-term disabilities)'.

Advance was one of the first organisations to look at how it would be possible to support people with long-term disabilities to become home owners. We have worked with a number of organisations over the years to help more than 600 customers since 1998 to part-own their own home homes in an area of their choice. To mark this milestone and show our commitment to continue providing this scheme, we have produced a report detailing the ways in which it can be funded and how it came about.
