Shaping our future

Across the country customer have been having their say on the future of Advance. As we start discussions about our new organisational strategy (which will launch in 2023), we're making sure that they're led by customer voices and focus on the areas and issues that matter most to them.

Customer Engagement Manager Rachel Fox said, "True co-production means listening to, and working with, customers from the very beginning. At Advance we work in partnership with customers and their circles of support to make sure that their needs drive our work.

We've been hearing about what customers want us to prioritise and how we can best deliver high quality services. We'll be having more conversations with more customers throughout December and using that feedback to shape our strategy for the future of Advance."
