All this week we have been celebrating our staff who have shown great examples of our PRIDE values in their work.
Every quarter, we hold PRIDE awards to recognise members of staff who have gone above and beyond what is expected of them and demonstrated the PRIDE values. There is an award for each value we hold; Partnership, Respect, Innovation, Drive and Efficiency, as well as a Team Award. This year's overall PRIDE winners were announced at our staff conference last week.
The winners and the nominees have given some outstanding examples of PRIDE behaviour within their variety of roles. From a Support Worker who stayed out of hours to help customers deal with a friend's death, to one of our administrators who took an innovative approach to developing a new monitoring system, to an employee, previously an employment customer, who has shown that no job is too small in endeavouring to resolve technical issues.
We congratulate all our staff on their achievements over this year, and hope that these awards will inspire all to strive towards the PRIDE behaviours. This is what enables us to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
