Webinar on HOLD (home ownership for people with long term disabilities)

Advance has worked with specialist mortgage broker, David Abbey from MySafeHomes for many years to support people wanting to part own their own homes through the HOLD (home ownership for people with long-term disabilities) scheme. HOLD has been around since 1997 and Advance has helped more than 600 people into shared ownership.

David was joined by Advance Head of Investment and Development, Graeme Jackson on 22nd March in a webinar for Learning Disability England, to answer questions about how the scheme works.
