Customer feedback

We gather customer feedback in a number of ways:

  • Our Annual Customer Survey is sent to all customers to ask for their views about the services they receive from us
  • We include customers in recruitment wherever possible, and for all frontline roles
  • We hold regular Customer Conferences, where customers can come together to have fun and talk about what’s important to them
  • We use feedback to see where we’re doing well, and identify areas for improvement e.g. this year we’ve had comments about communication so will be looking at how we talk to customers
