For any customers in Leicester City and outskirts please continue to contact us if you have an emergency repair at your home. Please also report any routine repairs so we can plan these in for the future. Please follow local guidance and stay safe. We will continue to provide essential Support services in the area for the next fortnight. If you have a health condition that makes you particularly vulnerable to coronavirus, you can register for support from the Government (for example, help getting deliveries of essential supplies like food). You can find out more and sign up here.
Following Government guidance we have continued to provide essential services during lockdown. From early June onwards, we are now gradually opening out more services (such as a wider range of repairs and maintenance), whilst still being very careful about safety precautions.
We will facilitate visits to our support services as far as we are able whilst following Government guidelines on social distancing. Our staff are doing all they can to keep our support customers occupied are supporting them to keep in touch with loved ones using Facetime or WhatsApp etc.

Following the Government’s enhanced ‘stay at home’ guidance we have moved to an essential/ emergency only service for the whilst lockdown continues. We are working hard to ensure we continue to provide all essential services.
