We provide support and housing services for vulnerable adults across England. We are doing all we can to ensure we follow Government guidance and continue to deliver services and keep our staff and customers safe. In light of the new national lockdown introduced for 05/11/20 to 02/12/20, we will continue to provide the majority of Housing management and maintenance services, subject to any further national restrictions or guidance that may emerge. We will also continue with our proactive calls to customers picking up issues and providing support wherever we can.

For our Support services we will continue to do everything we can to support our customers ensuring we support them to keep in contact with their friends and family, that they understand the restrictions of the new lockdown and that they are given access to accessible information. For our staff we are issuing updated guidance and making sure everyone has access to the PPE they need relevant to their service.
