We believe that by working together with our customers we can transform lives.
A key part of this is providing our customers with the opportunity of taking part in activities they care about as well as giving customers the opportunity to feed back about our services.
We fund some of this activity ourselves and carry out a full programme of customer engagement activities every year. This includes local meetings, regional Advance Collective meetings and an annual National Customer Conference. But we don’t always have the funding to enable customers to go on group outings, explore new places, meet new people and try new or existing hobbies.
You can help us help our customers to experience the positives of meeting new people and trying new things by making a donation. Your donation will be kept safely and used to fund customer activities where there is a need and where we haven’t been able to access any other funding to make it possible.
