Advance Housing telephone payments
Advance has set up a new payment arrangements with our payment partner allpay, meaning Advance can offer a range of new payment services for our customers, including using the Allpay telephone option.
Advance customers can now make Telephone Payments using an automated telephone payment system. Use the system to pay a bill from a landline or mobile phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Charges apply to all calls so please check with your phone provider first.
It's a fast and easy way to pay. Advance customers can pick up the phone to make regular or one-off bill payments any time.
The payment process is simple. There is guidance throughout, and there’s no need to register before using the service. Customer service assistance is offered by Allpay if you call during office hours, as an Allpay advisor option will be available.
You will need a payment card to process this payment so if you can’t find your payment card number or you’ve lost your card, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 0333 012 4307 and we can order a new one.
You’ll need to use the 19 digit payment reference number (PRN) that is printed on your payment card and your debit/credit card. All first time users will be asked to enter and confirm a password for added security and an email address where you can receive a payment confirmation.
