Shared ownership

Shared ownership

Space to liveHave you ever dreamed of owning your own home?

Shared ownership gives you choice and control over where you live.  Since 1997 we’ve helped more than 600 people to become Shared Owners.

By using support from the Homes and Communities Agency, Advance offer the HOLD Scheme (Home Ownership for People with Long term Disabilities). This scheme is available for people with a Learning Disability, a Mental Health condition or a Physical Disability.

We were one of the first organisations in the UK to do this, and are now the acknowledged experts in the field.

Here's what a family member said about our shared ownership programme:

"This has changed Katie's life so much and changed mine so much. I am so pleased and grateful to Advance for helping us. I feel I never have to worry again." Lala, Katie's Mother.
