Ways to pay your rent and service charge

The tenancy, lease or licence agreement you signed when you moved into your Advance home explains the amounts rent and service charge you need to pay, and how often. 

People using housing benefit to directly pay their rent and service charge will have received support at the start of their tenancy. If you need any help with anything relating to housing benefit, please get in touch with your Housing Officer.

If you pay some or all of your Rent and Service Charges there are a number of ways for you to pay:
