The ISIS Awards: recognising staff achievement

All across Advance, whether it’s in Support, Housing, Employment, Hilt or Central Services, people are doing excellent work - something we're keen to recognise and appreciate. That’s why we have the ISIS Awards.

ISIS stands for Inspired Standards In Services. We award them to individuals or teams who demonstrate innovation, good practice, or a significant contribution to the working life of the Advance group - 15 awards in all. There's also special recogntion for the best overall team or individual – the ‘ISIS on the Cake’ award.

We handed out the first ISIS awards at our staff conference, which we held in Oxford this April. You can see some pictures of the conference and ISIS award winners in the picture gallery on this page.
