Information about the standard of service we provide

We aim to provide the best housing, support and employment options available to people with learning disabilities or mental health problems in order to make their lives better.

We want to make sure that the people who use our services are happy with the service we provide. An important part of this is a comprehensive set of Service Standards, which give clear information about what people can expect of us.
